The Java Engineer roles include

Job Title: Offering Specialist

We are a now looking for an Offering Specialist - an internationally minded professional to develop our offering and to help to promote Elisa Polystar solutions and services globally. We welcome you onboard to help operators -our customers- in transforming to AI/ML driven network operations.

This is what you will be working with:

  • By communicating with the product & sales team, translating requirements into Elisa Polystar offering, ensuring the fit and value capture for the customer
  • Supporting our sales organisation by offer documentation, sales presentations and other materials
  • Developing offer/solution modules and pricing components together with product & sales teams
  • Supporting sales and product organisations in the development of new product concepts
  • Support marketing and sales teams in the campaign creations and implementations
  • Preparing and maintaining proposal templates and solution presentations
  • Collecting and documenting market input to feed product development
  • Dissemination of info in between sales and product organisation
  • Participating in selected customer pilot projects

In this Offering Specialist role, your key metrics are sales and the number of commercial offers. You will be a part of our Offering and Sales team and report to VP Offering.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Previous experience in sales support or product management in a relevant domain such as telco operations, network analytics, cloud business or SaaS
  • Experience in telecom software presales roles for international telcos is a plus
  • Analytical thinking to define the offer and ability to crystallize key messages in the presentations
  • Skill of producing visually good quality documents with clear messaging
  • Solid communication skills in English language (both written and oral)
  • Applicable Higher Education degree (sales, marketing or technical)

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) department plays a critical role in ensuring overall revenue growth to Elisa Polystar. The Technical Account Manager is an integral part of the sales cycle, collaborating with the Business Region Director to expand the breadth and depth of Elisa Polystar services and product adoption. Reporting to Vice President Presales.
