The key to a successful customer project can be all about architecting a proposal on setting the data sources and pipelines from the correct systems onto our cloud-native platform, or forming an offer on automating the running of Network Operating Centre in a few competence areas with data analytics user interface. As customers are keen on acquiring our solutions to provide better customer experience and efficiency in running the networks, we need more Presales Solution Architects to help our colleagues in sales close cases.

Responsibilities in this role:

• Use broad, in-depth industry, technical, and professional knowledge and leadership skills to build credibility with customer’s management teams and become a trusted advisor
• Develop understanding of clients’ current business strategies, requirements, technical environment, Operational processes.
• Use Cross-Functional cross-domain knowledge of telecom environment to assess Clients’ current Operational Positioning, data availability, deployed solutions, identify current gaps – turn them into enhancement areas that can help clients optimize their operational model, enhance operational efficiency, gain competitive advantage or generate new revenue stream
• Translate above outcomes into high level actionable roadmaps through:

1. Utilizing current solutions portfolio
2. Architecting and drawing high level enhancement on the current solutions based on the identified need
3. High level technical design of new solutions to fulfill the need
4. Application of advanced Machine learning, AI and automation services

• Communicate with internal technical teams to enhance and further develop solutions portfolio based on clients’ needs and market/technology trends by setting high level technical requirements and draw the high level design
• Influence client stakeholders to find the best outcomes that align with business and technology strategies and initiatives that can be turned into actionable roadmaps with clear direction on execution to ensure business value and ROI.
• Work closely with clients’ management team to enhance their data strategy, identify critical data, assess what to be measured and how to be measured, help clients building solutions that utilize their data to create true business value through data, analytics, ML & AI and make CSP a more data-driven organization
• Be responsible for ensuring high level of customer satisfaction through comprehensive knowledge of and interaction on solutions offerings, strategies and direction as it relates to the client’s business, infrastructure and industry
• Provide expert end-to-end technical guidance within the Telecom solutions domain to lead discovery discussions with potential clients

Experience and knowledge required for this role:

• Telecom Expert with +15 years of experience in Telecom domain
• Deep multi-technology multi-domain knowledge In Telecom Industry, covering technical and business domain
• Deep understanding of telecom network elements, end-to-end service flow through network elements
• Experienced in measuring Telecommunication KPIs and developing holistic view for network efficiency with Understanding of Telecommunication customer experience frameworks
• Designed advanced data analytics and AI/ML based solutions leveraging both on-prem and cloud data platforms to drive business for better operational efficiency in telecom domain
• Proven record in applying automated solution to gain business value
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Presentation skills: equally good with both large and small audiences.
• Business-orientated Higher Education is a plus

In the Elisa Polystar context DataOps is essentially an ETL exercise of data from network and different operating and business support systems (OSS, BSS) of a telecom company onto our cloud-native DataOps platform.

• We are looking for a senior contributor, so most of the following keywords should be second nature to you: ETL, HLD, LLD, mobile RAN, Packet Core, Hadoop, Kafka, TCP/IP, Data integration and warehousing, RDBMS, KPI design
