ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join Elisa Polystar’s Legal Department on a temporary basis for approximately 13-16 months. The role is based in Elisa Polystar’s spacious headquarter in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm – but with a hybrid working model.

The Legal Department supports all of the Elisa Polystar Group entities around the world, is responsible for corporate governance, regulatory and business compliance (including GDPR and export control) and provides support to the fast-moving sales, support services and software development organization on a wide range of issues. The Department is also closely involved in the sales process, supporting our global sales team with customer contract negotiations and trade compliance.

In the role as Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the other departments of the company, supporting both day to day internal operations and business relations with our customers, finding creative and solution-oriented ways forward while managing risk exposure – working independently and reporting to our Head of Legal. The work is fast-paced and no day is the other alike, requiring a problem solver and a true team player.

Tasks
As a Senior Accountant, you will have overall responsibility for the Swedish companies in the corporation (2). Besides, you will assist our accounting partners for foreign companies (6) by being the “speaking partner”. It involves controlling that the accounting is correct, as well as support/assistance in the reporting of the foreign companies to the parent company in Finland.

The position will be filled as soon as possible, or by agreement. You will report to the Finance Manager.

Main tasks are focused on:

  • Current accounting
  • Monthly and annual closing
  • Annual report according to K3
  • Reporting in accordance with IFRS 15/16
  • Responsibility for at least 4 companies in the group. There are 9 companies in total in the group

Your experiences and personal qualities
In this role, we are looking for you who have experience of working with the entire chain of accounting. Preferably, you have held a similar role with overall responsibility for medium-sized companies. We, therefore, presume that you are independent in the year-end work on a monthly and annual basis, in addition to the preparation of annual reports.

As a person, you are structured, interested in detail, responsible and deliver results with good quality. Likewise, you are accurate, analytical and enjoy working with numbers. We don't mind if you have a mind of one’s own. We are positive if you want to be involved in developing and improving our processes and have a good ability to solve emerging problems. Furthermore, you are not afraid to ask questions and take initiative when needed. You are a proactive person who works with good foresight.

As a member of our Regional Services Team, you will use your technical and analytical skills, as well as your interpersonal and communication skills when working with our customers in telecom.

    THIS JOB INCLUDES:
    As a Configuration & support engineer you will have the technical responsibility to configure our business and performance-critical systems and make them ready for operation for our clients. After project delivery you provide support to our clients in the Region.

    Project delivery tasks:
    • System configuration of Elisa Polystar’s monitoring and OSS products as well as integration to various 3rd party tools
    • Perform customer project communication regarding system configuration issues i.e. be the technical spokesperson internally and externally for a given project

    • Telecom and data networks. Our engineers need to be able to put themselves in the position of the Telecom Operator technicians who are using our tools to troubleshoot their networks. Understanding of telecommunication networks is key for success within Elisa Polystar.
    • Data and telephony protocols. Elisa Polystar’s bread and butter lie within real time capturing, decoding, deciphering and correlating messages into call flows and aggregated reports. The more you know about these protocols, the better.
    • Linux. You will need to work with distributed Linux systems on a day to day basis. You’ll need to be able to edit, search and filter in files and to understand Linux users and groups configuration. Working skills with SSH, SNMP, NTP, DNS, RPM are meriting. Experience in installing Linux operating systems also meriting.
    • MySQL/SQL.
    • Virtual Private Networks (VPN). VPN’s are an integrated part of your work, both for intra-company communication and towards the customer systems.
    • Scripting. Scripts are a key ingredient in making the day to day work more efficient.
    It is an advantage if you have recent certifications in the disciplinary areas above.

        JOB PURPOSE

        The BRD plays a critical role in ensuring revenue growth for Elisa Polystar. His/her responsibilities are primarily to generate Sales in order to attain yearly quota as well as to manage overall relationship with Clients within the defined territory.

        The BRD is expected to engage with Clients at all levels of the organization (C-level and down) to ensure understanding of Polystar solutions value and gain market share across all business units.

         

        ROLE DESCPRIPTION

        Responsibilities

        • Screening, selecting and contracting sales channel partners in addition to build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and new/prospective channel partners.
        • Establish governance models for partnering that can be utilized globally across multiple channels
        • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
        • Manage funnel, forecast, and opportunities jointly with sales teams for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
        • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams
        • Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and company policies

        Requirements

        • Experience in developing and managing partner relationships for industry grade telco software and services sales
        • Experience in selling OSS / IT Solutions
        • Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B sales
        • Demonstrated progressive experience selling high technology products in assigned territory in a channel model

        Your role
        The Technical Account Manager (TAM) department plays a critical role in ensuring overall revenue growth to Elisa Polystar. The Technical Account Manager is an integral part of the sales cycle, collaborating with the Business Region Director to expand the breadth and depth of Elisa Polystar services and product adoption.         Your role

        As a FrontEnd tester in the team you will participate in the full development workflow, from breaking down requirements to test planning. Polystar use Agile methodologies and our development teams are cross-functional and self-sufficient with a lot of freedom and responsibility.

        To contribute you will need previous work experience from large, performance demanding and transaction intensive web-system, and you’ll need knowledge from both client- and server side. Polystar is using technologies like TypeScript, CSS, Linux (CentOS), MongoDB, ClickHouse and MariaDB (SQL).

        We are looking for a person who is an experienced FrontEnd tester with a background from a system handling large amounts of data, preferably from the Telco domain, bank or other transaction intensive environment with high requirements on performance and usability. You really need to love the role as a tester and working with complex systems. Earlier work experience from usability testing, performance testing, API-testing, script languages (Python) and working with Linux, MongoDB/SQL, Cypress and REST-assured is a merit.
